Benefits beyond the basics.
We believe not only in work-life balance—but work-life boundaries. It’s a carefully cultivated environment where employees are healthy and happy, they have travel and cultural opportunities, are able to give back to their communities and have the financial support they need. We try our best to accommodate each person’s unique circumstances—because being a good human is what we expect of each other. Of course, every employee has access to Medical, Dental, and 401k, but the key to a great workplace goes beyond that.
Fluid Work Schedules
We believe inspiring work can only be achieved through a life well-lived. In order to get the best from our team, we make sure people have time to live life’s special moments and take care of their needs outside of work. That’s why we promote things like flexible work hours, work from home, and paid maternity and paternity leave.
Flexible Time Off
Our people love to travel. Present and past Tripsters have visited over 20 countries while working here. It’s practically a competition. Whether you’re a staycationer, spend long weekends on the lake, or climb the face of Kalymnos in Greece—we’ve got you covered. The team works to make sure we all get the chance to reenergize with adequate time away. In addition, “Field Days” are one-day excursions to learn a new skill, seek out inspiration, and bring knowledge back to the team. Just send pics or it didn’t happen.
Community Impact
Making a sizable difference—not only in the lives of our team and clients but also locally, is important. It’s also a prerequisite for anyone who joins the team. Our initiatives include charitable giving, group cleanups among the parks and green spaces, giving thanks to others in impactful ways, and simply being good human beings. It takes little effort but accomplishes so much.
Culture and Knowledge
A creative agency understands the need for creative coalescence. To come together as a team—we have weekly, monthly and annual events that allow us to share things we’ve learned, keep things transparent, respect ourselves and the individuals we work alongside each day. Whether it’s our bi-weekly SHARE, a department offsite, or a Culture Club event—we keep it fun, respectful and real.
